網紅的藏寶箱隨著 Delta 病毒入侵，墨爾本又開始進入第五次封城了😬 當地人稱這次封城為 lockdown 5.0🔒 幸好之前外食頗多，也沒什麼遺憾，在家煮有在家煮的好處😁
只是沒有想到平常沒在煮飯的我，居然煮出那麼完美的茶碗蒸😎 只用筷子、溫水跟大同電鍋，跌破 York 的眼鏡 🥢😂
應該不難看出那個是我煮的，那個是 York 弄得吧😛 不過僅限這次，成果無法複製😂
懷孕不能吃生食，誰知道原來海膽拿來蒸居然也很好💕 但生的還是比較美味啦~
有誰防疫期間料理技能也跟著提升中？🙋

畢竟最近新聞報導依靠海藻為食的海膽已經威脅到當地生態平衡😬
可是依據我的觀察，許多外國人對生海鮮還是不敢吃啊~ 雖然我常常跟人家說不敢吃生海鮮的人應該是沒吃過新鮮、好吃的😆

PSS. Apparently Australian divers are urging people to eat sea urchins due to increase in population and can threaten local biodiversity 😬
Unfortunately it seems like many people in Australia doesn't appreciate raw seafood 😅
